Space is being offered to All Vendors (over 18 yrs.) on Main Street and/or inside the Sportsplex on the arena floor. This is a familyoriented event with a no-alcohol policy. Completed applications, application fees AND appropriate Health Unit approval forms/letters are to be submitted by February 28, 2020. All Vendors are asked to provide a concise description of ALL items that they wish to sell at the festival. NO MAPLE SYRUP PRODUCTS CAN BE SOLD unless maple syrup is purchased directly from Festival maple syrup producers.

A maximum of two (2) adjoining booths per vendor on Main Street is accepted.

The vendor is responsible for any tables, chairs, garbage containers and coverage from the weather that they may require for the day. There will be no indoor arrangements made for Main Street vendors in case of foul weather – the festival goes as planned Sunshine OR Rain OR Snow.

There are a limited number of 8-foot tables and chairs available for use and VERY LIMITED hydro access.


You will be positioned on Main Street or in the Sportsplex and no guarantees can be made as to location of vendor; however, we will do our best to accommodate any requests. The decisions of the organizers are final, with no recourse.


ALL VENDORS – You must be set up by 9 am and CANNOT start packing up until 4 pm – Vendors who pack up and leave early will not be permitted to attend the following year’s show.


**LATE REMITTANCE OF APPLICATIONS - : There is a $10.00 late fee payable for Vendor applications provided AFTER February 28, 2020. Please ensure you remit the correct amount IF you do not provide your application and fee BEFORE this deadline.


**CANCELLATION POLICY - Vendors who cancel before the end of February deadline for receipt of applications will be reimbursed half of their fee. Vendors who cancel after the end of February deadline will not receive a refund of any portion of their Vendor Fee.
